WAO Fitness is thrilled to announce the introduction of exciting new gymnastics classes! Led by our highly experienced gymnastics coach, Anastacia, these classes will provide an opportunity for individuals of all ages and skill levels to improve their strength, flexibility, and overall fitness through the discipline of gymnastics.
The classes will cover a variety of gymnastics techniques, as well as conditioning exercises to build strength and endurance.
Coach Ana has a wealth of experience in gymnastics and is dedicated to helping each student reach their full potential. She will be teaching with a safe, fun and progressive approach to gymnastics and fitness.
