Such an inclusive and supportive community. “We Are One” is fully embraced by the owners, staff, and members. It is a very welcoming environment for those new to CrossFit or strength and conditioning. WAO has always had a strong kids program which is also very important to me. Teaching our younger generation how to live a healthier and physically active lifestyle! 💪
