Open Gym Plans
Don't want to do classes and know what you are doing? No worries!
Open Gym is for you, just simply book into any Open Gym session.
There are two options for booking, Open Gym and Open Gym @Lifting Platform.
5 and 10 Open Gym Packs: Book into any Open Gym or Open Gym @ The Lifting Platform slot at your convenience. Our Open Gym sessions go per 1 hour.
To book one of our classes or open gym sessions, please use the Push Press app. Booking becomes available 24 hours before the desired class, and it closes 1 hour before the class begins.
Incl. CrossFit Fundamentals + 3 Classes.

If you are new to CrossFit, please join our Fundamentals program and learn the foundational movements that will give you the base to join any CrossFit class.
