Building a Community: WAO Fitness Opens its Doors

On December 15th, 2020, WAO Fitness opened its doors to the community with great excitement and anticipation. Although the equipment was not yet set up and the floors were not yet in place, the team at WAO Fitness was thrilled to welcome members and start building the ultimate fitness destination together. In the weeks that followed, members rolled up their sleeves and worked alongside the team to set up equipment, lay down floors and create a truly unique and personalised fitness experience.

We had been eagerly awaiting the arrival of the new materials, and as soon as they arrived, we set a date for the community to come together and make it happen. Removing the old turf was a messy task, but with everyone working together, we were able to accomplish it quickly and efficiently. We then moved on to cleaning the floor, preparing it for the installation of new tiles. It was amazing to see the transformation that took place within just one day.
